I no longer have to use my college French to translate all the recipes! As of a few days ago the long awaited English version has finally been published. Although I think a trip to Paris is still necessary to sample the originals....

Whisk it up!



Those who know me know how much I love whisks. I have a huge collection and this one is the King. Someday I will go back to the restaurant supply shop and get the 4' whisk...it was epic.

Summer's over...oven's on!



What does every new kitchen need? Yes, that's right, a new range. This little beauty might just kill the budget but can't you just smell the croissants....

Where oh where have I been?

Where have I been you may ask? It's been a crazy couple of years...so crazy I didn't realize I wasn't posting! After a year in Chicago, I moved back to Denver and found my way back into the Design world. Don't worry though as Pastry is still a huge part of my life! I have myself a new kitchen that is screaming to be baked in...just need the new stove and I'll be unstoppable.
