the new oven can proof...

I ordered a new range which arrives on Friday.  One of the most exciting features is the "proof" button.  Now I can make all kinds of breads and croissants.  In fact, croissants might just have to be the first item to use the convection.  I'm not sure I've ever been this excited about a purchase before!  Only 40 hours to go!

  1. OK, explain to a non-expert what proof means. And then send me a few of those croissants both with and without chocolate filling.
